We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to support our Sales department in driving revenue, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel. Key Components of the role will include: Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports to support the team’s goals. Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members, providing exceptional service and support. Assist in coordinating site visits, events, and promotional activities to showcase our hotel’s offerings. Monitor and update sales pipeline reports, keeping track of leads, opportunities, and conversion rates.
