Rates:
$18.00 – $21.00 per hour LocalCandidates only May require travel to different locations.
JOBDESCRIPTION
Provide fundamental clerical and administrative supportto maintain organized and efficient office operations. Basiccomputer skills and familiarity with office software applications.
Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, anddeliveries, ensuring accurate distribution to designatedrecipients. Perform basic data entry tasks, including updatingrecords, spreadsheets, and databases, contributing to accurate andup-to-date documentation. Support office organization by filing,photocopying, scanning, and maintaining neat and orderlyworkspaces. Greet and direct visitors and guests in a professionaland friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Answer anddirect incoming calls to the appropriate individuals ordepartments, providing assistance and information as needed. Assistin scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuringeffective time management for staff. Handle routine administrativetasks, such as ordering office supplies and maintaining inventorylevels This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing,prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawlingwhen necessary.
