Personal Assistant Aroyale Cleaning Service LLC Montevallo, AL 35115 • Hybrid work Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily operations and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating projects, and performing various clerical tasks to ensure smooth functioning within the office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Duties Manage and maintain Outlook Calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently. Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables. Handle phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries appropriately. Organize files and maintain an orderly filing system for easy access to documents. Assist with clerical duties such as preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and managing office supplies. Support calendar management by prioritizing appointments based on urgency and importance. Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative tasks are completed effectively. Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with project coordination techniques to assist in the management of ongoing projects. Experience in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
