1 Year Client- Alabama Power Job Summary This position provides a comprehensive range of administrative, clerical, and paralegal support to the team. The role includes front-desk reception duties, calendar management, document handling, travel coordination, timekeeping, and executive-level support . The ideal candidate is a career administrative professional with exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to operate independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as receptionist , greeting visitors and handling incoming calls during normal business hours. Perform timekeeping, expense account processing , and travel arrangements . Schedule meetings , manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for internal and external appointments. Maintain and organize filing systems , both electronic and physical; copy, scan, and archive documents. Create, edit, and proofread a wide range of documents, reports, and correspondence . Order and maintain office supplies . Provide executive phone coverage and support senior staff as needed. Qualifications Education & Experience Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred .
