Medical Clinical Assistant Position with Front Office Experience Restorative Wellness Center Rogers, AR 72756 Job Summary The Medical Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within our cutting-edge start-up TMJ/Snoring practice. This position requires a skilled assistant who is professional with high standards while delivering patient care. The Medical Assistant will play an important role in patient care while also helping to maintain the front office flow at times. The ideal person has multitasking skills that allow them to be cross-trained in the back and front. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Supports medical care delivery by preparing treatment room, patient, instruments and materials. Develop and implement clinical protocols to improve patient care and operational efficiency. Assisting the dentist, with each patient from x-rays to exam ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. Maintains medical/dental supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies. Provides doctor-directed therapies to help relieve pain and reduce inflammation. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives aimed at enhancing the growth of the practice and overall healthcare delivery. Qualifications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independent decision-making capabilities. Understanding and adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. The ability to show compassion and understanding with listening skills. EHR knowledge and dental terminology is a bonus, but willing to train the right person.
