Personal Assistant Position Summary Seeking a proactive, polished, and service-oriented Personal Assistant to support the daily personal and household needs of a high-profile principal. This individual will play a key role in managing appointments, travel, hospitality, gifting, and guest services with an emphasis on seamless execution and anticipatory care. The ideal candidate brings calm precision, professional discretion, and thoughtful attention to every detail in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. This role is ideal for a resourceful and service-minded individual who excels behind the scenes. The Personal Assistant will be a trusted partner responsible for ensuring all personal support tasks are executed with excellence, discretion, and grace. Key Responsibilities Manage Personal Calendar Manage a comprehensive personal appointment calendar in coordination with the Chief of Staff. Schedule wellness, beauty, medical, dental, fitness, and social appointments. Coordinate personal appointments for additional household members as needed. Coordinate Family Travel Plan and manage family travel logistics, including private air, accommodations, ground transportation, activities, and dining. Maintain detailed preference and rider lists and liaise with hotels, agents, and service providers. Collaborate with household staff on packing and provisioning in support of travel. Guest Services Coordination Coordinate accommodations, access passes, and approved ground transport for visiting family and friends. Liaise with internal guest services teams and service providers as needed. Gifting & Personal Correspondence Maintain a personal gifting calendar for family, friends, and colleagues, covering birthdays, holidays, and special occasions. Source, wrap, and ship gifts; coordinate personal thank-you notes and cards. Partner with other household team members on children’s gifting when appropriate. Support for Personal Events Source venues, catering, décor, and specialty items for private entertaining. Manage invitation lists, RSVPs, and presentation materials. Coordinate logistics with in-house or external event teams. Provide on-site event support, including setup and light cleanup. Mail & Subscription Oversight Pick up, sort, scan, and manage household office mail. Maintain and regularly update a private address book and holiday card list. Coordinate and manage subscriptions, including printed media and other services. Vendor & Payment Coordination Submit invoices for personal vendors and coordinate payments through accounting. Ensure relevant team members are notified of any upcoming household guest visits. Run Personal Errands Execute localized day-to-day tasks such as picking up prescriptions, coffee, lunch or other essential items. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting a high-net-worth individual, private household, or senior executive preferred. Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism. Strong communication skills—poised, polished, and highly responsive. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through capabilities. Self-directed and proactive; able to anticipate needs without prompting. Proficient in digital tools including Microsoft Office Suite, shared calendars, and messaging platforms. Calm under pressure, flexible, and thrives in a changing, high-performance environment. Additional Information Full-time, office-based role in Bentonville, AR. Willingness to assist outside of typical business hours, as required by the household’s schedule. May occasionally be asked to run errands, assist with events, or provide guest-related support. A reliable personal vehicle is required for errands; mileage will be reimbursed. Professional discretion, confidentiality, and adaptability are essential. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by the principal.
