Job Summary The Community Investment Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support for the organization’s philanthropic programs, encompassing both Foundation and Corporate Giving initiatives. Requirements
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, or related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years’ relevant experience will be considered.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Basic knowledge of Data Management and Accounting. Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.

- Attends foundation meetings, prepares materials, records minutes, and reports information back to the committee chair.
- Communicates Corporate Contributions Committee decisions and next steps to all parties.
- Coordinates and schedules meetings and site visits for the foundation.
- Coordinates event attendance and assists with event planning.
- Maintains giving history records and enters that data into the SharePoint site, updating the records monthly.
- Maintains responsibility for the Annual Corporate Community Investment and Partnership Survey.
- Orders office supplies and maintains inventory.
- Organizes, prepares and proofs agenda and sponsorship packet for Corporate Contributions Committee meetings.
Certifications Security Requirements This position is identified as level three (3). This position must ensure the security and confidentiality of records and information to prevent substantial harm, embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness to any individual on whom information is maintained. The integrity of information must be maintained as outlined in the company Administrative Manual.
