Week Location:

Hartford, CT (on-site 1-2 days/week)

Pay Rate:

$20.00/hour

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting C-level or senior management Advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, and web-based platforms Proficiency coordinating and attending virtual meetings via Zoom and Teams including taking accurate meeting notes / minutes Experience managing calendars and scheduling meetings in Outlook Strong written communication skills—prepare, format, and edit documents, emails and reports Ability to maintain and distribute Excel spreadsheets Assist with meeting prep and uploading materials to the agency website Professional phone and in-person presence for greeting visitors and directing calls Team player willing to assist and back up fellow administrative staff Take the next step in your career while enjoying work-life balance – apply now to be considered.
