Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Admin to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and clients. This administrative role supports the recon team with all aspects of the job management. The primary responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator are to: a. Assist with customer service and management of the customer experience. a. Maintain customer and client communications. b. Maintain all project documentation including contracts, change orders, and permits. c. Draft contracts according to determined scope and estimate. d. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services e. Sign up new subcontractors and maintain insurances and licensing. f. Acquire proper permits as necessary and ensure all correct procedures are being followed with local municipalities. g. Schedule inspections with building departments. h. Update contract status with change orders and keep customer and client advised. i. Oversee collections activities.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and adherence to project specifications
