Service Specialist Position Available In Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut

Akkodis is seeking a Service Specialist for a Contract job with a client in Hartford, CT . Responsibilities include managing mail and copy services, as well as maintaining hospitality and facility areas to ensure smooth daily operations.

Rate Range:

$18/hour to $20/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Service Specialist job responsibilities include:

Managing mail services such as sorting, metering, and distributing mail and packages. Performing copy, print, and scan tasks accurately based on client instructions. Greeting visitors and handling incoming calls in a professional manner. Maintaining hospitality areas, including conference rooms and kitchens, ensuring cleanliness and supply availability. Coordinating floor services like stocking supplies, delivering paper, and basic maintenance. Supporting facilities tasks such as small office moves, hanging items, and reporting building issues.

Desired Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year in a customer service-related field. Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail. Capability to lift or move packages up to 40 lbs. and operate a wheeled cart with a 75 lbs. load capacity. If you are interested in this role, then please click

Pay Details:
