The Engineering Administrator will coordinate with fellow engineers in order to design and develop systems, identify and meet project requirements, create strategies to optimize the daily project operations, and other administrative tasks. Engineering Administrator:

Document control and monitoring including release of drawings to production. Customer approval tracking for documents and drawings. Track and maintain engineering project assignments in Epicor. Reports for engineering including milestones, budgets, project tracking, etc. Maintain and support BOM and job/WIP in Epicor. Engineering database maintenance. Produce work instructions and procedures/workbook for admin processes. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth running of engineering projects. Experience required as

Engineering Administrator:

Associate degree in Engineering / Administration preferred. Minimum of 2 years with document control. Minimum of 2 years working with ERP systems (Epicor preferred). Confident understanding project schedules and budgets. Expert level in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
