Position Summary:
Provides administrative support to one or moreindividuals within a specified department or departments.
Background & Context:
Performs all Company business in accordancewith all regulations and Company policy and procedures.
Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with allbusiness contacts and the organization’s employees in order tomaintain the Company’s excellent reputation within the medical andpharmaceutical community.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry.
Coordination of conference rooms and meetings. Records retentionand file management. Invoices through the internal system. Orderingand managing departmental supplies. Expense report reconciliation.
Training class support. General support.
Qualification &Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or a High schooldiploma. Fluency in MS Suite including Word and Excel. Proficientin MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizationalskills. High degree of initiative, accountability, accuracy,problem-solving ability, and follow-up skills. Strong customerservice skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Strongexperience in travel and expenses. Experience using the systemConcur is a plus but not a must-have. No candidates with experienceas a receptionist or from retail.
Notes:
This person will beworking on travel and expenses for the majority of their work. Theyneed to have strong experience in that area.
