Administrative Assistant 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Greenwich, CT 06830 • Hybrid work Our client, a registered investment adviser that focuses on global credit investing is seeking an Administrative Assistant to their Investor Relations/Marketing team
Location:
Greenwich, CT Working Model:
hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Role and Responsibilities:
The AA must be capable of multitasking in a fast-pasted environment, be extremely organized and have superb follow-through skills.
Skills and Requirements:
5+ years of solid administrative experience with a track record of professional success; financial services/investor relations experience strongly preferred but not essential BA/BS preferred with solid academic performance Knowledge of Microsoft office products Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with event planning is highly preferred Ability to maintain process and meet deadlines Excellent judgement and someone who takes pride in their work Maturity and high degree of professionalism Specific responsibilities will include the following: Heavy internal and external meeting scheduling Responsible for tracking investor calls, meetings, prospect mail box and other departmental processes Preparing meeting materials (presentations, books, bios etc.) Travel arrangements including detailed itineraries Assist with planning and execution for both internal and client events Preparing expense reports for the department Assistance with ad-hoc projects including firm wide events, philanthropy and brand management Excellent benefits/comp package including: hybrid working model, Medical, Dential, Vision, Generous PTO, personal and sick days, 401K, cell phone reimbursement, gym reimbursement, and paid OT IND2
