Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking anAdministrative Assistant in Greenwich, CT. The hours are 8:30am -5:30pm with a hybrid schedule (in office Monday through Wednesday,work from home Thursday and Friday).

Responsibilities:
  • Provideadministrative support to five to six professionals on the tradingdesk
  • Manage complex calendars
  • Coordinate domestic andinternational travel
  • Prepare and process expense reports
  • Managecontacts in Microsoft Outlook
  • Answer and direct multiple phonelines
  • Track and report compliance-related items
  • Schedule andcoordinate meetings and conference rooms
  • Assist with occasionalresearch tasks
  • Serve as part of the broader administrative teamand provide backup to other assistants
  • Provide reception coverageas needed (Reception is staffed on-site Monday through Friday,7:30am – 5:00pm)
Qualifications:
  • 4 years of administrativeexperience; financial services experience preferred
  • Bachelor’sdegree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularlyOutlook
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Highlevel of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Experiencearranging both domestic and international travel
  • Familiarity withConcur is a plus
