Health insurance, SEP-IRA contributions, paid vacation, and 9 paid holidays per year Key Responsibilities General Administrative Duties
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments for research and leadership teams.
- Send reminders and follow-ups for working group meetings, calls, deadlines, and project milestones.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining digital and physical files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Draft, proofread, and format emails, reports, and presentations.
- Provide logistical support for events, including LPRC’s annual IMPACT Conference
- Assist with general office tasks such as ordering supplies and handling correspondence. Research-Specific Administrative Duties
- Assist with recruiting participants for surveys, interviews, focus groups, and experiments.
- Assist with survey distribution and collection of responses.
- Take detailed notes during research meetings, focus groups, and interviews.
- Organize and compile research findings, helping to prepare reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with retail and technology partners to facilitate research collaborations.
- Assist in preparing research documentation, summaries, and supporting materials for projects. What We’re Looking For
- Experience in administrative support or office coordination (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.), CRM Experience (Zoho CRM Preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in research, loss prevention, security, or the retail industry is a plus!
