Description
Join our dynamic team as a Corporate Administrative Assistant! This position offers a unique opportunity to provide on-site high-level administrative and operational support directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at our Headquarters location in Gainesville, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the COO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and prepare reports and presentations.
Organize materials for internal and external meetings.
Facilitate effectivemunication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Prioritize and handle iing correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up.
Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the COO.
Skills and Qualifications:
Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven administrative support experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
Stronganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related software.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Detail-oriented andmitted to maintaining confidentiality.
Valid driver’s license required; must meetpany eligibility requirements.
