As the team at Zaxby’s expands, we are saving a seat for you! The general purpose of this position is to provide secretarial and administrative duties in support of department executives to facilitate the organization’s efficient operation. The incumbent manages phones, mail, scheduling, and filing, as well as provides support with aspects of bookkeeping and payroll.

Responsibilities:
The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities and complete all training requirements, including: Essential duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides administrative assistance as needed. Support with invoice and bank account management, reimbursements, and bank runs. Provides support with minor bookkeeping duties and payroll processing. Payroll preparation and data entry. Performs operational support duties such as marketing, pricing change entries, and third-party promotions/verifications. Organizes meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary. Intake of third-party inquiries and identifying the purpose of their inquiry before directing them to the appropriate department. Schedule management, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters for Outlook, meetings, and personal. Coordinates travel arrangements. Employee communications. Compliance and record-keeping.

Office environment; work with computer and office equipment. Essential job functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for standing, walking or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
