Job Description
Premier property management company has a full time contract to hire opening for a service coordinator to support their maintenance/facilities department. Position will answer inbound service related calls, input service call work order into system, update residents regarding scheduled service appointments, notify residents with any planned preventative maintenance calls, and provide administrative support to the facilities team. Position works
M-F 8AM-5PM.
Pay starts at $18-20/hr depending on experience.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED, strong computer skills with Microsoft Office software, high level of attention to details, self directed individual who learns quickly. 2-3 years of administrative experience required.
