Job Description:
Position Description- Graphics and Copy Center Student Assistant The Graphics and Copy Center Student Assistant is a key SG support staff member. Assistants provide support to Graphics and Copy Center customers and supervise operations of the center. Assistants report directly to the SG Marketing Coordinator. Basic Position Responsibilities + Greet and acknowledge all students, staff, faculty and visitors. + Run copies and complete other related jobs for SG-funded student organizations. + Work with Student Graphic Designers and professional staff to ensure all orders are completed in a timely manner. + Inventory paper stock and supplies for facility equipment. + Maintain an orderly and clean facility. + Participate in ongoing evaluation to assess growth and development. + Perform other duties as assigned 10-15 hours per week, beginning Summer B 2025 semester Advertised Salary$14/hr
Minimum Requirements:
This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through student Other Personnel Services (OPS) and must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week.

- Current University of Florida student
- Able to work 10-15 hours a week
- Familiarity working in an office environment
- Demonstrated timeliness and dependability
- Self-starting and self-motivated
- Microsoft Office computer skills, as well as the ability to learn new software
