ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Scope Services, Inc. is currently seeking to fill an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant for our Field Office in Melbourne, FL. The Administrative Assistant will support Management Staff, Field, Local Staff and our Customer. Candidates with Administrative skills, basic Accounting skills and Customer Service skills will be an asset for this position. Need to pull Electrical Permits.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Billing / Invoices Point of contact for Customer Schedule appointments General administrative functions Good communication skills; Email, Phone & Direct Contact Ability to work well within a team Ability to work independently General Accounting skills Self-starter, disciplined to meet goals and deadlines
Education Requirements & Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent Must pass Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen Good driving record and valid Driver’s License Proficient in
Microsoft Office/Outlook Working Conditions:
Office/Warehouse environment Driving of a company authorized vehicle as needed
Pay:
$15.00 – $17.00 per hour/
