This is a dynamic role combining hospitality and marketing, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and being creative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests at the front office in a professional, welcoming manner
• Manage guest bookings and reservations through Airbnb, VRBO, and internal systems
• Create and post engaging content using Canva for social media platforms
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms
• Maintain organized front office records and daily operations

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using computers, especially Canva, Airbnb, and VRBO platforms
• Comfortable managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Prior experience in hospitality or marketing is a plus

• Saturday & Sunday:

  10:00 AM

• 3:00 PM

• Monday:

  9:00 AM

• 4:00 PM
