is a growing company that specializes in providing high-quality home renovation and construction services. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Off Site/Office Administrative Assistant. As an Off Site/Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administrative tasks of our company. This is a hybrid role, where you will be working both remotely and in our office. You will be supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming and outgoing communication via phone, email, and mail for the company Maintain and update company databases and records with accuracy Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members Arrange travel bookings and accommodations for team members Monitor and order office supplies when needed Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations Conduct research and gather data for various projects and tasks File and maintain important documents and records in an organized manner Provide general administrative support to the team when needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in the construction or home renovation industry is a plus
