This position is essential for maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. Duties Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels. Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation preparation. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing. Support the team with administrative tasks as required to enhance overall productivity. Skills Strong clerical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
