West Commercial Boulevard, Lauderhill, FL 33319 Atl Total Car Care in Lauderhill, FL is looking for one admin assistant to join our 5 person strong team. We are located on 6450 W Commercial Blvd. Our ideal candidate is detailed oriented, attentive, motivated, and engaged. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, voicemails, emails, etc
- Receive and direct customers and make them feel at home
- Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Conduct internet research
- Place orders for office equipment or business needs
- Enter data into reports as needed
- Create email and postal mail campaigns
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Assist Customers in getting their vehicle serviced
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Make follow-up phone calls Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to organize and create orderly systems
- Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, powerpoint, and social media marketing
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
- Good communication skills with customers
- Automotive experience preferred
