Administrative assistant will work hand in hand with Accountant, Director of HR and Senior Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities:
Document Management:

Organize, file and submit all field documents and reports Coordinate and book travel Organize and file management systems (OneDrive) Organize expense management software Scheduling flexibility

Requirements:

Familiarity with video conferencing software (Zoom, Skype, etc.) Proficiency with all Microsoft Office software. Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus. Experience with construction industry highly preferred
