The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks. Duties Manage and maintain office files, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible. Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly. Support the team with scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and invoicing. Perform general administrative duties such as typing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies. Act as a liaison between clients and staff, ensuring effective communication. Assist with receptionist duties as needed, including greeting clients and appointment scheduling. Experience Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, including positions such as personal assistant or receptionist. Proficiency in computer literacy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks. Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy for data entry tasks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A background in customer service is highly desirable to enhance client interactions.
