The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of funding applications submitted to financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining office organization, assisting with front desk duties, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Core Responsibilities:
Application Preparation and Submission :
Review client documents and funding applications for completeness and accuracy. Ensure all necessary information and supporting documents are included before submission. Submit applications to banks and funding institutions within specified timelines. Liaison with
Financial Institutions:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and banks. Address any inquiries or requests for additional information from financial institutions promptly. Maintain strong relationships with banking partners to streamline the submission process.
Document Management:
Organize and manage client records and submissions in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Ensure secure handling of sensitive financial and personal information.
Communication and Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams, including Funding Specialists, to gather necessary client information. Provide updates to Funding Specialists and clients regarding the status of submissions.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Verify that all submissions meet the requirements of both the company and the financial institutions. Stay up to date with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Administrative Duties:
Duties of administrative nature such as Uber Eats, setups and other duties as assigned by Management. Experience Previous experience in an Merchant Cash Advance is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with funding processes and financial institution requirements is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with confidentiality and data security practices. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment. Understanding of funding documentation and processes.
