Responsibilities:
This position will assist and support the Administrative Team by: Greet all clients and visitors Set up and support a conference room meeting Composing general correspondence and emails Full mail function including retrieval and scanning Research vendor as assigned Various mini projects supporting the law firm and the building Updating and maintaining digital files Handle office supply inventory and orders Managing and organizing all supplies Must be willing to translate when needed Answering phone/ email messages
Qualifications:
