Chabad at Monterra is seeking an Administrative Assistant to oversee all office-related secretarial work and program logistics. This is a part-time position (25 hours/week) with potential for growth and additional opportunities. Duties Manage daily office operations Coordinate program logistics Maintain records and databases (including Salesforce) Provide exceptional customer service Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office Experience 2+ years of administrative experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with Jewish terminology and practices a plus Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in our community!
