The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient office management, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle diverse administrative tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor. Duties Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages. Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Serve as a personal assistant to senior management as needed. Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial record-keeping and invoicing. Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows. Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly disposition. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office management software. Experience with phone systems and basic office equipment.
