The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules for senior leadership, coordinating meetings, travel coordination, handling communications, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of Communication strategies. This role demands professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.

About you:

Basic Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, with a background providing high level support to a leader
Experience managing multiple, complex calendars, expense report processing and experience providing onsite and offsite event support. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication, adept at conveying ideas effectively Where we’re going UKG is on the cusp of something truly special.
