What You’ll Do:
Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming presence for visitors and team members alike Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with scheduling for a small staff Organize and maintain digital and physical records with accuracy and confidentiality Assist with special projects, events, and educational programming support Handle correspondence, phone calls, and general office communications Provide thoughtful support to leadership and team members on day-to-day tasks ?
What We’re Looking For:
