Key Responsibilities:
    Scheduling:

    o Organize and manage recurring jobs efficiently. o Update and maintain appointment schedules to meet client needs and operational timelines.

      Phone Handling:

      o Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. o Address client inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate team members when necessary.

        Customer Service:

        o Deliver friendly, professional, and responsive service to all clients. o Resolve any issues or concerns to maintain client satisfaction.

          Local Knowledge:

          o Leverage knowledge of local South Florida areas to optimize travel routes and job assignments.

            Estimates:

            o Draft detailed and accurate estimates for services based on client requirements. o Ensure all estimates are reviewed and approved by management before submission.

              Email Correspondence:

              o Manage email communications, including responding to inquiries, sending confirmations, and addressing follow-ups. o Maintain a high level of professionalism in written communications.

                Job Preparations:

                o Assist in preparing necessary materials, tools, and information for upcoming jobs. o Collaborate with team members to ensure all job requirements are met.

                  Confirmation:

                  o Verify job details and confirm appointments with clients. o Ensure all information is accurately documented and communicated.
