Are You a Detail-Oriented, Organized Multi-Tasker? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different? Are you someone who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes? If so, we want you on our team! As an Administrative Assistant , you’ll play a key role in supporting our Office Manager and keeping our corporate manufacturing facility organized. From bookkeeping and accounts payable to greeting guests and managing office supplies , you’ll handle a variety of tasks that keep our business operations moving efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the first point of contact

  • greet guests, answer calls, and provide excellent customer service. Support accounts payable & receivable
  • process invoices, payments, and reconcile transactions. Manage office operations
  • order supplies, maintain inventory, and keep everything organized. Assist with vendor relations
  • respond to invoice inquiries and reconcile disputes. Oversee credit card transactions
  • verify receipts, compile missing documentation, and ensure accuracy. Prepare and deposit received checks
  • ensure timely and accurate processing. Help with month-end reconciliations
  • assist the Office Manager in financial reporting. Maintain the employee café
  • handle ordering, inventory, and the announcement screen . Ensure compliance
  • maintain confidentiality and follow company policies. Handle multiple priorities
  • work in a fast-paced setting with changing deadlines.
