Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Hallandale Beach, Florida. This role requires someone who can effectively manage administrative tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Fluency in Spanish is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Answer and return inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses to communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other events.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to complete daily tasks.
  • Assist with general office duties as needed to support the team. Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and calendar management.
  • Must adhere to a business casual dress code.
