Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our team. Selective Investigations, Inc. is a private investigative agency specializing in insurance claims investigations. The Administrative Assistant’s main responsibility is to log in surveillance and SIU case assignments. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. No experience is necessary, on the job training. Applicants with an administrative background, criminal justice degree, investigative experience, research, data entry experience, or paralegal work is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Log in and track case assignments Perform a variety of general administrative duties Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously Handle mail processing and distribution Create and manage Outlook contacts Transfer and organize digital files Perform accurate and timely data entry Assist with special projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Proven ability and enthusiasm for conducting extensive research Solid computer and internet skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
