In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and a strong ability to handle various administrative tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor. This position is crucial in facilitating effective communication and ensuring that office processes run efficiently. Responsibilities Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed. Oversee calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Assist with front desk duties, greeting visitors, and managing the flow of guests in the office. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information. Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, collaboration, and communication with team members. Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating maintenance services. Collaborate with team members on various projects and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with phone systems and office management practices is essential. Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and other relevant software tools. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Experience as a dental receptionist or in customer support is a plus but not required.
