Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry/Administrative Assistant to support the Preconstruction Administrator with daily operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and offers the opportunity to utilize your organizational skills and multitasking abilities while working within the Hi Tech Engineering industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and provide thorough assistance to clients and team members.
- Perform accurate data entry into company systems and maintain organized records.
- Assist with project coordination and data entry in Procore and Smartsheets.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient calendar management.
- Respond to email correspondence promptly and effectively.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to complete tasks and create reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations within the department. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or related role.
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing customer interactions.
- Strong skills in data entry and attention to detail.
- Ability to compose and manage email correspondence effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Procore.
- Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in construction or Procore software is a plus but not required.
