We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Hollywood. This role requires strong administrative skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in Excel to efficiently manage data entry, order processing, and customer communications. $18 – $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM – 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Manage and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation, scheduling, and filing.
Generate reports on orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
Verify pricing, product availability, and order details before processing transactions.
Assist with invoicing and payment reconciliation, ensuring accuracy.
Answer and direct all department calls, providing professional communication.
Support the Customer Service team with inquiries and issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Track and update order status, providing customers with timely information.
