We’re a fast-growing East Fort Lauderdale construction and development company seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to support our expanding operations. This is a dynamic role requiring organization, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities :

Manage bid process for new construction projects Review and organize subcontractor/vendor proposals Coordinate with subcontractors, permit expediters, and architects Track bids, permits, and deadlines Read and understand basic construction plans Support general administrative and scheduling needs

Requirements :

2-3 years of experience in construction administration or a related field Familiarity with construction terms and documents Excellent communication and organization skills Able to work in-office, on job sites, and remotely Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and file management I deal Programs & Software Experience Construction Management & Bidding Procore
