Entry Level Front Office Millenium Healthcare Diagnostics Tamarac, FL 33321 Job Overview We are seeking an entry level part time Front Office person to join our team. Flexible schedule. Great opportunity for a detail-oriented person looking to work 5-15 hours a week. AHCA background screening required. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors and patients in a professional manner. Manage incoming calls and emails, when needed. Perform data entry tasks accurately into computerized system. Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents. Support office operations by managing schedule & appointments, when needed. Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.

Check patients in:

Intake paperwork, scan patient ID, accept payment.

Check patients out:

Create MRI CD, scan paperwork into patient file, send images to radiologist. Be able to work independently, including opening and closing office when needed. Follow opening & closing procedures. Skills Basic clerical skills with attention to detail. Basic data entry and familiarity with computerized systems. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
