This program will transform the transportation and public transit landscape into a multi-modal region over the next 30 years. As an Executive Administrative Analyst in our Program Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting a Transit Department Director, who oversees all public bus service, operations, and maintenance while implementing the department’s largest transportation expansion capital program. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, data analysis, organizational management, and project execution. You will use your research and analytical skills to evaluate reports and statistics, develop recommendations based on findings, and contribute to the department’s success by improving operations and streamlining processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Analyzing statistical and productivity reports and making recommendations to improve operations.
Researching and compiling data to support departmental goals and initiatives.
Providing administrative and logistic support for project meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Organizing and maintaining program files and ensuring accurate records management.
Tracking and maintaining action items for the Director and meeting participants.
Developing benchmarks to measure departmental efficiency and assisting with resource allocation to enhance productivity.
Supporting the implementation and monitoring of new initiatives, including reporting progress to the Director.
Managing the Director’s calendar, preparing necessary reference materials, and briefing on priorities.
Preparing inter-office notices, bulletins, and memoranda.
Coordinating appointments, conferences, and meetings. This position is 100% onsite in Broward County, Florida, remote or hybrid work models are not available. The ideal candidate should live within 50 miles radius of the Broward County area as Relocation is not available for this role. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Here’s what you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent related work experience in lieu of education.
5+ years of experience in data research, analysis, and organizational management within engineering, construction, or facilities maintenance organizations including the following skills and experience: Advanced computer skills in

MS Office Suite:

Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
5+ years of experience supporting top-level managers or directors in project execution and delivery through efficiency improvements.
3+ years working with and supporting C-level Executives
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to competing demands.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience proofreading and editing documents.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders. Ideally, you’ll also have: Previous experience in a Top 500 Company.
Familiarity with working alongside high-level executives, government officials, or public stakeholders. #LI-KD1
