We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Executive Administrator to join our team at Lavior Pharma. This role combines responsibilities of an Office Manager and Executive Assistant, focusing on efficient office management and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
Office Management :
Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping. Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and supplies are stocked.
Administrative Support :
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing schedules.
Event Coordination :
Organize and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
Financial Management :
Assist in bookkeeping, expense tracking, and other financial management tasks.
Confidential Handling :
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Executive Support:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications:
