This role is essential in ensuring smooth financial processes, accurate recordkeeping, and effective administrative coordination. Support both Accounting and Administrative teams Enter financial data, invoices, and receipts into accounting software with precision and timeliness Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical records Assist with tracking and reconciling project-related expenses Gather required documentation for monthly draw packages Monitor funding schedules and ensure timely submission to avoid project delays Assist with compiling reports for project costs, budgets, and financial summaries Support month-end closing activities as needed Help ensure compliance with internal controls and funding requirements Use accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) for data entry Maintain financial tracking Platforms Support document management in shared drives or project management tools
Preferred Requirements:
Associate’s degree in business, accounting, or comparable field or 2+ years of experience in financial administration, preferably in construction. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial metrics. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and build relationships across departments.
