//tcd.semtribe.com/ We are looking for an Service Coordinator that is detail-oriented to work closely with the maintenance team to generate work orders, schedule home visits, follow-up after service, etc. The schedule is full-time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. In the case of hurricanes or other events there may be a modified schedule that would include weekends and evenings. Note the Housing Office is located on the Hollywood Reservation 5700 Griffin Road, Davie , FL 33314. As-needed, you’ll drive out for the day to other Reservations such as Clewiston, Immokalee, and Okeechobee. We try to carpool when possible and utilize the department vehicles. Position Summary The incumbent in this position is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities for Tribal Member properties, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceptional service delivery to our clients. The individual provides first level support to Tribal Members through end-user voice and electronic communications, and handling Housing incidents and service requests, entering work orders into designated software systems. The individual provides excellent member care balanced with the application of housing policy and serves as an advocate for Tribal Members and their housing needs.
Qualifications / Requirements
Associate’s Degree is required. A minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. Possession of a valid Florida driver’s license is required. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, tenants, and maintenance personnel. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, as well as Yardi Voyager Property Management software. Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Schedule:

This is based at the Hollywood Reservation 5700 Griffin Road, Davie , FL 33314. There may be occasional day travel using tribal vehicles to other Reservations including Clewiston, Immokalee, and Okeechobee. Are you ok with the schedule and the commute?
