This role is central to the Association’s operations, addressing a wide range of member needs including answering inquiries, resolving issues, providing technical support, and processing various transactions. The MLS & Member Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a positive experience for

®, supporting them in accessing the tools and services essential to their success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to members and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Assist members with MLS (Multiple Listing Service) access and technical support. Maintain accurate member records and ensure data integrity within the MLS system. Coordinate training sessions and workshops for members on MLS tools and resources. Collaborate with other departments to enhance member services and support initiatives. Handle administrative tasks related to member services and MLS operations.

Requirements:

Bilingual Spanish/English speaking preferred. Possess strong organizational and administrative skills. Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Outlook. Capable of learning multiple software systems. Demonstrate an ability to be resourceful with a commitment to excellent customer service. Demonstrate excellent customer service in both verbal and written correspondence.
