Office Assistant Apholstery & Decorative Fabrics Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 Overview We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, creative, initiative, vision, customer focus and proficiency in various office software. Responsibilities Manage incoming/outcomings calls Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is up-to-date. Provide personal assistant support to management as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval. Type documents, reports, and correspondence as required. Support office operations by maintaining supplies inventory and ordering materials when necessary. Customer services. Experience Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required. Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail are critical for this position. Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic office environment.
