We seek a diligent and bilingual Office Assistant to join our practice. This position offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization. This position starts as a part-time position with the possibility to become full-time if desired.

Position Summary:

As an Office Assistant, you will be crucial in supporting our office operations. Your primary responsibilities will include following up on leads, proficiently using Excel, Adobe, and Word providing excellent customer service in English and Spanish, maintaining office etiquette, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions. Utilize Excel and Word to manage and organize data efficiently. Utilize Adobe to edit and create fillable forms for potential clients. Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and colleagues in English and Spanish. Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all office interactions. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and organizing paperwork. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Spanish/Portuguese (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other essential office software. Quickbooks software knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred but optional.

Location and Compensation:
