The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home office by providing administrative support and assisting with various customer service and sales functions. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills as well as significant computer literacy. Duties Operate phone system, handling incoming calls/texts and handling customer concerns or scheduling appointments. Manage and organize office files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible. Provide calendar management support, scheduling appointments and meetings for the account executive. Maintain an organized workspace, contributing to a productive office environment. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing assistance to clients. Requirements Russian/ English Proficiency Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and One Drive applications is essential. Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems is advantageous. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication. Strong customer service orientation with effective interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
