Job Description:
In the role of Full-Time Office Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless operation of our daily activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Efficiently managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure effective communication. Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and service calls to keep our operations running smoothly. Extending a warm and professional welcome to clients. Providing support in file organization, data entry, and preparation of service-related documents.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess: Must be 100% fluent in English. Spanish is helpful but not necessary. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks within a fast-paced service environment. Impeccable organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer proficiency. A friendly and approachable demeanor, committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our team.
